Returns and exchanges have never been easier, you can have peace of mind when ordering our products, if you need to return them or exchange them, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
AUSTRALIA
We offer free returns Australia-wide. Simply fill in the return form with your order details, and our team will email you a prepaid shipping label. Once you receive the label, repack the items, attach the printed label to the package, and send it back.
After we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return guidelines, weβll issue a refund for the product cost (less any shipping costs if shipping was not free) to your original payment method.
We recommend taking photos of the items and packaging before shipping them back. Youβll receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Customers outside Australia can return products by contacting our team through the Returns Outside Australia link below. We will respond within 48 hours with detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs, including any international freight, customs, or duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

INITIATE A RETURN OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
GUIDELINES
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- When returning shoes, please make sure to try the shoes at an indoor location with clean floors. The shoesβ soles must be clean to be accepted by our team as a return.
- When returning shoes, all the items including the accessories supplied inside the box must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Our shoesβ boxes are considered part of the art and presentation of the shoes. Please return the box undamaged and in its original condition. Please donβt glue or stick labels to it when repacking it, please use an additional box or bag to protect the original shoe box.
- When returning shoes, the laces must be loosened.
- Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β
EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Do you want the other colour? Do you want to try the other model?
You donβt need to wait to get your hands on the GET SHIT DONE item you want; order the new item and initiate a product return considering the return guidelines, in this way, your GET SHIT DONE item will be in your way meanwhile you send back to us the one you are exchanging.
Once we have received the items and confirm they meet our return guidelines, we will credit back the item cost less shipping cost (If shipping wasnβt free or if you are out of Australia) to the original method of payment.
You will get notified via email.
WRONG ITEM?
If you received a different item from the one you ordered, please donβt wear the items and contact our team immediately after receiving the items. Our team will contact you to clarify any issue and make sure you get full satisfaction by choosing and using our products. We will reply to you within 48 hours.
Once the items are confirmed as incorrect delivery by our team, we will start a replacement action. If the item is out of stock or the collection has ended, we can arrange a product refund to the original method of payment or a store credit for new releases. Β
To finalize the replacement action, you will need to complete a return process considering our return guidelines. Once we have received the items and confirm they meet our return guidelines, we will send you the correct items (we will cover the shipping costs to Australia and outside Australia).

If you believe you have received a defective item, pleaseΒ contact our team here. We will contact you to clarify any issue and make sure you get full satisfaction by choosing and using our products.
If you intend to return the items for a full refund, please keep in mind our return guidelines and donβt wear/use the items.
If you have a product failure after you have already worn the items, please contact our team for further instructions. Our team will support you and guide you during the process, once the items are confirmed as defective by our team, we will arrange a replacement.
If the item is out of stock or the collection has ended, we can arrange a product refund to the original method of payment or a store credit for new releases.Β
Please keep in mind that daily wear isnβt considered a defect.
